• Employment and educational support
• Recovery-focused programming and activities

3. Admission Requirements

To be eligible for our services, residents must:

• Be committed to maintaining sobriety from drugs and alcohol
• Complete our intake process and background check
• Provide proof of income or financial support
• Agree to follow all house rules and policies
• Participate in required drug and alcohol testing
• Engage in recovery-related activities as required
• Maintain appropriate behavior and respect for others

4. House Rules and Expectations

4.1 Sobriety Requirements

• Zero tolerance for drug or alcohol use on or off premises
• Submission to random drug and alcohol testing
• Immediate reporting of any relapse or substance use
• No possession of drugs, alcohol, or drug paraphernalia

4.2 Behavioral Expectations

• Respectful treatment of all residents, staff, and visitors
• No violence, threats, or intimidation
• No stealing or destruction of property
• Compliance with curfew and check-in requirements
• Participation in house meetings and required activities
• Maintenance of personal hygiene and cleanliness

4.3 Recovery Requirements

• Active participation in recovery programming
• Attendance at required meetings or treatment sessions
• Engagement with case management services
• Progress toward employment or educational goals
• Compliance with treatment recommendations

5. Financial Obligations

5.1 Fees and Payments

• Monthly housing fees are due in advance by the 1st of each month
• Security deposits are required prior to move-in
• Late fees may apply for payments received after the due date
• Additional fees may apply for damages or violations

5.2 Refund Policy

Security deposits are refundable upon successful completion of residency, minus any deductions for damages or unpaid fees. Monthly fees are non-refundable once the month has begun.

6. Termination of Services

6.1 Voluntary Discharge

Residents may voluntarily discharge from the program with appropriate notice as specified in their residency agreement.

6.2 Involuntary Discharge

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for:

• Violation of sobriety requirements
• Violent or threatening behavior
• Repeated violations of house rules
• Non-payment of fees
• Behavior that threatens the safety or recovery of others
• Criminal activity on premises

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide a safe and supportive environment, residents participate in our program at their own risk. We are not liable for personal injuries, property damage, or other losses that may occur during residency, except as required by law.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your residency will be resolved through mediation or arbitration as specified in your residency agreement. We encourage open communication to resolve issues before they escalate.
